The premiere of the musical based on the rhythm and blues compositions of the legendary American musician Louis Jordan took place on May 10, 2002 at the Roma Musical Theater in Warsaw. JOHNNY FEATURE FILM DESCRIPTION Festival Group was the executive producer of the award-winning film "Johnny" directed by Daniel Jaroszek, awarded with four "Eagles". The plot tells the story of priest Jan Kaczkowski from the perspective of his ward - a former prisoner who, as part of community service, goes to a hospice run by a priest and becomes a nurse. The main roles in the production based on real events include: Dawid Ogrodnik, Piotr Trojan, Anna Dymna and Maria Pakulnis, who received the "Eagle" award for the role of priest Jan Kaczkowski.
